Where does Tukoo deliver?
Across Luanda Province. Enter your address to see the stores that deliver there.
How do I pay?
By card, Tukoo wallet, MultiCaixa Express or cash on delivery, depending on the store. Imports are paid before the order ships, never on delivery.
Can I track the courier?
Yes. Once the courier picks up your order you see the motorbike on the map, the time left, and you can chat with them.
How do imports work?
You buy from stores outside Angola, see the freight and VAT before paying, and pick up at a Tukoo point or ask for home delivery.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Talk to us via the help chat or WhatsApp. We reply in Portuguese.
